Responsibilities
Entering and managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
Maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations
Assisting with budget development and review
Ensuring compliance with GAAP
Conducting internal audits and maintaining documentation
Meeting deadlines for processing and reporting
Assisting with audits and responding to information requests
Supporting the General Manager as needed
Requirements
2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Highly organized and able to multi-task in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Reliable and self-motivated
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive legal matters
Must be able to work in-person at the Savannah, GA office
