POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. *10 years of IT industry experience or equivalent technical experience (e.g., engineering, construction, etc.) *8 years of project management experience. *Ability to effectively manage/execute multiple projects concurrently and independently, including projects that span multiple locations, including international properties. *Familiar with multiple project management processes (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, etc.) and project delivery methods and tools, and able to determine applicability based upon project objectives and constraints. *Familiar with ITIL processes, policies and procedures. *Advanced user in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, etc.) *Likely travel to other regions/properties in addition to primary staffing location, including international LVS and delivery partner locations. *Professional certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) beneficial. *Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts. *Strong organizational skills, customer service focus, attention to detail, and process orientation *Ability to distill and present information to a broad audience. *Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment. *21 years of age *Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States *Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form. *Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts. *Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards. *Maintain consistent adherence to the Venetian and Palazzo Unmatched Guest Service Standards. *Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
