The Leadership Planning develops and mentors Planning Associates to support the business strategy and financial metrics for areas for the Vince Camuto brand. This includes the day-to-day functions of the merchandise planning teams for all categories under the Vince Camuto umbrella. Responsible for the development of Merchandise financial and revisions to maximize profitability and inventory productivity. Significant partnership with the Sales, Ecommerce, Sourcing and Finance teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Lead and manage the development, analysis and revision of sales, inventory, markdowns, vendor allowances, co-op, and profit for Key CG brands *Manage the development of seasonal/annual sales and inventory plans. Support the sales and ecommerce teams in creating assortment plans - analyzing prior performance, color, size selling, etc. *Support the sales team in managing markdowns, vendor allowances, returns, advertising co-op and price negotiations. *Ensure OTB is managed for specific CG brands including both wholesale and ecommerce. *Works in conjunction with Sales leads on Monthly Retail P&L including Retail Sales forecast and MD analysis, Wholesale Sales Forecast, Dilution Reporting *P&L Management: Monthly Analysis of Customer Profitability - review and call out challenges and opportunities against budget. Run sales and Margin scenarios and propose strategies to optimize profitability. *Oversee Replenishment Planning Process: Forecast and monitor replenishment Sales to the size level, monitor replenishment Stock Levels and propose replenishment buys as needed to maximize turn *Inventory Planning: Review buy process for speculative inventory to reduce margin erosion. Evaluate profitability for in-season inventory performance and adjusts as needed. *Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sourcing, ecomm, Marketing, and Finance) around Strategy Development and Business Management *Work with team to maintain risk assessment models that are used to determine buy levels and maintain profitability to budgets *Hire, coach and develop a quality team including succession planning and regular performance reviews to address personal growth and development needed to foster a productive, focused team *Provide the leadership and the necessary formal and informal training, including one-on-one development, needed to produce a team that contributes consistent financial growth to the business *Develop and present information to executive teams *Inventory Control/ATS: Review and Monitor ATS on a weekly basis, work in conjunction with Finance team on ATS reserve/ suggest timely closeout of inventory *Cross-functional travel as needed *Participate in the annual and seasonal brand and customer planning process *Other duties may be assigned. *Partner with Reporting and Analytics and IT to create new reporting/tools. Provide layouts and data validation.
