Apply Now Sr. Manager, Ad Platforms - Platform Revenue Group Located in Santa Monica, CA The Sr. Manager of Ad Platforms is responsible for leading the Ad Operations team tasked with maintaining an optimal ad stack, setting up ad tech infrastructure for ad serving, trafficking campaigns, overseeing relevant reports, leading integrations with partners, and evaluating new products. The position requires expert-level experience with ad serving platforms such as DFP, excellent project management skills, expertise with SSPs, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. Responsibilities: Manage Ad Ops team responsible for maintaining ad serving capability and campaign management. Project management ad operations projects, overseeing planning and tracking progress. Develop and maintain relationships with ad tech platforms such as Google DFP and others. Collaborate with site product teams on ad placement, functionality, and optimization. Advise business development and sales team on ad serving capabilities and best practices. Manage and improve site tagging, taxonomy, and targeting capabilities. Communicate to stakeholders around product launches that include partners and key stakeholders. Drive innovation through A/B testing and transform problems into opportunities. Stay abreast of new products within the space and communicate to the rest of the team. Keep track of and work to improve changing industry challenges such as viewability. Troubleshoot ad-related technical problems. Requirements: 5 Years of relevant online advertising experience. BA/BS Degree or equivalent. Hands-on experience with DFP, AdX, and other SSPs. Strong project management skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. Experience with mobile and video specific ad serving in addition to desktop. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how ad tags work. Experience with ticket management tools such as JIRA. DMP experience is a plus.
