GENERAL SUMMARY The Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations and Corporate Accounting will be responsible for leading direction of current and future consolidations, including review of foreign currency translation and ensuring proper treatment and elimination of intercompany activity. This position will be responsible for overseeing Marketing and other commercial business activity. REPORTS TO: Manager, Corporate Accounting & Consolidations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and develop the consolidations process for current and future acquisitions • Interface and present consolidated results to Management • Manage aspects of consolidations including validation, intercompany accounting, and foreign exchange considerations • Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations in relation to marketing and other commercial business accounting • Coordinating with other functional areas and subsidiaries to ensure all intercompany activity is properly captured • Perform monthly analysis of CTA account and functional currency gains/losses • Maintain and manage monthly foreign exchange analysis and reporting • Assists manager with maintaining SOX controls, account reconciliations, and consolidation checklists • Supports internal and external auditors in SOX control and financial statement testing • Assists manager with DBI quarter-end reporting responsibilities for external reporting, various ad hoc reporting and other analysis for senior management
