Overview: Tesla is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our employment law team as Sr. Counsel, Employment Litigation. This role will be responsible for representing and defending Tesla in all aspects of employment-related litigation matters, with a focus on California practice.
Key Responsibilities: • Represent and defend Tesla in employment-related litigation matters • Respond to complaints, draft and file motions, and appear in court • Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial • Negotiate for case dismissal or resolution • Stay updated on current and emerging employment and labor laws
Qualifications: • 7 years of experience in California litigation • Admission to the California Bar • Previous experience in employment defense litigation • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously • Quick and adaptable learner • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
