Job Description
The Sr. Business Analyst will primarily be required to work with the project team to document business requirements for the project and is also required to lead the Business Change Management (BCM) activities with the Department, and complete applicable Analysis stage project documents/deliverables as outlined under the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Completes business analysis and documents business and process requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD);
Documents current and future business work flows;
Plans, facilitates and documents all requirements gathering workshops, meetings and interviews;
Works closely with business representatives and provides assistance as needed with applicable business change activities and business policies/procedures;
Completes any other client-related project tasks that will help ensure project success; and
Prepares or assists with other project-related documents or tasks as required by the Project Manager.
Qualifications Required
Post-secondary education (2 year program) in business, computer science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
7 years of project experience where candidate filled the role of a Business Analyst– Preferably with a recognized professional certification.
Duration
May 10, 2021 to July 31, 2021 with potential for extension, if applicable.
