As a leader in the Legal Department, you will oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements while providing strategic and practical advice to senior leadership.
Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements - Provide strategic and practical counsel to senior leadership - Develop and implement efficient and innovative legal strategies - Represent the legal department in cross-functional decision-making - Mentor and guide other members of the Legal team - Apply problem-solving skills and practical legal and business judgment - Possess strong interpersonal skills - Understand full scope of business operations and implications of various actions - Negotiate with sophisticated, nationally recognized parties - Build relationships in a complex environment - Work independently and in a team environment - Take initiative, be resourceful, and learn quickly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Juris Doctor (JD) required - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as an attorney - Active membership in the State Bar - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce - Passion for ENGIE Insight's mission and values

The pay range for this role is $108,800-182,850 per year, based on experience, skills, and market data. Work Environment:
