Law Firm Seeking Specialist in Transaction Management
Law firm Pinsent Masons is seeking a Specialist in Transaction Management to join their MLS team. This unique role offers the opportunity to work with a market-leading alternative legal services provider within the firm.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Acting as a subject matter expert and supporting lawyers with complex technical work - Leading small to medium scale projects and lower complexity matters in collaboration with Legal Project Managers and practice group fee earners - Supervising and quality checking the work of junior colleagues - Mentoring and upskilling junior team members - Assisting in the development and implementation of new Transaction Management services and solutions
The successful candidate will work closely with the Delivery Manager and Senior Specialist and must have experience working on Transaction Management work types and a broad understanding of alternative delivery models. A background in a large, commercial law firm is also preferred.
