Lozano Smith, a premier public agency law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney for our special education practice in our Walnut Creek office. We have a strong reputation for providing the highest quality special education expertise in California and are looking for dedicated attorneys to join our team and provide counsel to public school districts.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney and be familiar with education law. They should have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and analysis skills, and a commitment to teamwork. We value bright, motivated, and innovative individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Active member of the California State Bar - Minimum of 3 years of practicing experience, preferably with a focus on public agency and school district matters - Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills - Knowledge of California public agency and education laws
