Job Responsibilities: - Apply job knowledge and documentation expertise to a diverse array of lending products - Prepare commercial loan documents using in-house documentation software platform - Conduct lien searches and related due diligence tasks - Review loan documents for compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements - Review organizational documents and other third party documents - Analyze due diligence documentation and prepare necessary lien perfection documents - Prepare loan documentation for accurate and timely booking and funding - Assist in identifying and clearing any exceptions within appropriate time periods - Coordinate the issuance of letters of credit - Interact with various parties to ensure all conditions are met for closing - Instruct and train new associates - Manage a workload with multiple tasks and conflicting priorities - Stay current on regulatory changes and attend seminars and workshops - Demonstrate knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, and terminology - Demonstrate knowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, compliance requirements, lending policies and procedures, and loan/funding terminology
Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification - 3 years of customer service or account management experience OR 2 years of project or process management experience
Preferred Qualifications: - Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance - Business Management courses or Paralegal certification - 1 years of loan closing experience - 2 years of customer service experience in a consumer, mortgage, or commercial lending support role - 2 years of banking and financial services experience
Salary Information: - Minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries listed by location - Part-time roles prorated based on agreed upon number of hours

Location and Schedule: - Hybrid role: 3 days in-person at designated office, 1 virtual work day, 1 flexible in-person day - Fridays are enterprise-wide virtual work days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-person days for associates to work together in team areas
