MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year healthcare customer service preferred. Clinical, Customer Service or Public Health Student experience a plus. Other Minimum Qualifications: Must have strong customer service and communication skills. Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills. Hospitable personality, calmness, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in handling all situations. Must be neat in appearance. Basic keyboarding skills necessary. Ability to use computer terminal to access information and proficiency in office equipment. Must successfully complete orientation and competency validation for position. Ability to perform all functions of this position within 90 days. Dependable, accessible, and available for on call. Must utilize personal protective equipment (gown, mask gloves, etc) as required.
