Job Summary - The Senior Wealth Management Trust Officer will manage a variety of trust and estate accounts and relationships - Responsibilities include administering accounts in accordance with trust documents, applicable laws, and company policies - Will also provide guidance on financial planning, estate planning, and tax issues to clients and work with outside professionals such as attorneys and CPAs
Job Duties - Administer trusts, estates, individual retirement accounts, and investment management accounts - Manage all accounts in accordance with trust documents, legal requirements, and company compliance guidelines - Provide wealth management ideas to clients regarding estate planning and tax issues - Develop and deepen client relationships and maintain a collaborative environment with outside professionals
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting - Minimum of 10 years of experience in fiduciary administration, estate planning, or related wealth management field - Knowledge and skills in trust and estate administration, including multigenerational trusts - Thorough understanding of fiduciary laws and regulations - Detail-oriented and able to problem solve in a collaborative manner - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications - Advanced degree or certification (JD, LLM, CPA, CTFA) - 15 or more years of experience in fiduciary administration, estate planning, or related wealth management field

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting, and preferably hold an advanced degree or certification (JD, LLM, CPA, CTFA). You should have a thorough understanding of fiduciary laws and regulations and be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
