Senior Trial Attorney (Tyler, Texas) - Wilson Elser Law Firm
Are you a motivated attorney with 10 years of litigation experience looking for a long-term fit with a leading defense litigation law firm? Wilson Elser is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join our team in Tyler, Texas. This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to work with a wide variety of prominent national clients and take on substantial litigation responsibilities. As a Senior Trial Attorney, you will independently manage a caseload, work closely with other attorneys and partners, and have the exciting opportunity to interact directly with sophisticated clients that we represent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end • Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners • Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions • Communicate with clients and provide reports
Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited law school • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas • Over 10 years of experience in defense litigation • Expertise in insurance defense, premises liability, commercial litigation, and/or general liability • Proven experience representing clients in court for hearings • Exceptional analytical abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently • Legal project management experience with a focus on delivering results
