Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody and support, and other related matters - Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements on their behalf - Provide guidance and support to a team of associate attorneys and paralegals - Conduct legal research and writing as needed - Effectively advocate for clients and their rights
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the State Bar of California - At least 5 years of experience practicing family law - Proven track record of success in trial work - Strong litigation skills - Excellent research and writing abilities - Strong communication and advocacy skills - Experience managing a team is a plus
