- FrankCrum is seeking a full-time Senior Trial Attorney to defend **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s insureds in statewide property, bodily injury, and construction defect litigation. - The Senior Trial Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of assigned matters from pre-trial through post-trial resolution. - This role requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and being in good standing of the Florida Bar, as well as a minimum of five years of relevant civil litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team litigation objectives and obtain prompt resolution of claims and lawsuits. - Maintain a cooperative partnership with Claims Management/Staff and clients in the handling of all claims and lawsuits. - Defend and represent FWCI insureds in moderate complexity property, bodily injury, and construction defect claims and lawsuits. - Prepare and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and any other tasks or duties necessary for the proper representation of FWCI Insureds. - Analyze case performance on open and closed files.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and being in good standing of the Florida Bar. - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant civil litigation and experience in General Liability, Third Party Property, and Construction Defect litigation. - Jury trial experience and construction Law Board Certification/and or Board-Certified Trial Attorney preferred.
