Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Transactional Attorney II, you will be responsible for a variety of essential duties and responsibilities, including:
- Mediation and trial experience - Researching and analyzing complex legal issues - Writing legal documents - Marketing your and the firm's services - Performing discovery and due diligence - Strong communication and advocacy skills - Managing a schedule to reach production/collection objectives - Closing consultations within Gravis range - Timely approval of invoices - Ensuring support staff are fully utilized and productive - Actively engaging in brand expansion through various channels - Seeking positive feedback from clients - Other job-related duties as assigned
Salary Information:
The successful candidate can expect a potential total compensation of $130,000-$150,000 per year, including base salary and bonuses.
Experience and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills - Excellent legal research skills - Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school - Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state in which you intend to practice - 5 years of experience as an attorney

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This role will be performed in a standard office environment, with occasional weekend and holiday work required. Some employees may also need to travel overnight on occasion.
