Senior Tax Associate, Enrolled Agent The candidate will provide tax advocacy and controversy services on civil matters. Represent clients for IRS notice responses, penalty abatement requests, and other IRS negotiations. Advocate on clients' behalf before IRS collections and all 50 state tax agencies. Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested, make recommendations to the client for consideration. Invest in professional development through active participation in training sessions and networking events both internally and externally. Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards.
