In this role you will:Be a part of IT CRM team and work with the IT and Business Groups to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions, plan and execute future releasesParticipate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as requiredProvide Tier 1, 2 and 3 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the systemDesign and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements using Lightning components, Visualforce, Apex, SOQLSupport existing integrations between Salesforce and other boundary systems using Salesforce & 3rd party APIs, develop new interfaces as neededDevelop dashboards, reports to meet business requirementsDocument and develop code according to specifications and standardsKey Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:At least 5 years experience working in the IT industry3 years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning3 years of experience with Salesforce.com's Sales Cloud, Sales business processes with implementation experience in Forecasts, Quota and Territory Management. CPQ Integration experience with any Billing, or Subscriptions system is a plusStrong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex, reports, workflows, assignment rules, and more)Knowledge of APEX triggers/SOQL queries and stored proceduresExperience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIsExperience or Strong understanding of Salesforce Visualforce Sites and CommunitiesSolid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming conceptsKnowledge on integrated technologies Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignmentsMust be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagementMust be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team membersExcellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong customer service mentalityIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:Salesforce.com Developer certifications.
