Job Description
- Ensure technical integration of project scope across Alliances, delivery lines and 3rd party deliveries, and towards existing system
- Deliver and ensure integration of Design Basis, Functional Requirements and Project Applicable Codes and Standards
- Support Alliances with handling of TQs/DRs/NCRs and ensure correct involvement of TA’s
- Perform project interface management, risk management, quality assurance of engineering incl 3rd party verifications, and stakeholder management related to technical activities across all delivery lines
- Technology Assessment & Technology Qualification Program
- Technical follow-up of activities defined in the Project Quality Assurance Plan
Qualifications Required
- Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience within E&P, preferably linked to subsea development
- Language; English and Norwegian
- Experience from EPCI-projects, with one or more project delivery lines (Subsurface, D&W, Facilities, Operation)
- Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team and drive cross-functional integration
- Knowledge of basic project management (planning, cost control, project reporting, procurement, HSSEQ elements, risk management, project performance)
Personal Qualities:
- Skilled professional with good technical and multidiscipline overview
- Communication and facilitation skills are competencies that are highly emphasized for this role
