Assignment Description: • Management of Change • Learning across project and towards other projects • Preparation of gate documentation, including Project Execution Plan & Decision Support Packages • Documents supporting stakeholder management, including TC/MC meetings, Readiness reviews & applications to regulatory bodies (PDO) • Drive selected activities on assurance and verification program • Risk Management for Project Qualifications Required: • Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent • Minimum 7 years experience within E&P, preferably linked to projects • Experience with one or more project delivery lines will be valued (Facility, Drilling, Reservoir, HSSEQ, Operations) as will previous experience with one of the service providers to E&P • Good technical & multidiscipline overview • Good MS Office/writing skills • Language; English and Norwegian
