Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to fill the role as Project Engineer (PE) for one of our projects. The main purpose of the PE role will be to support the Project Manager with delivery of the Project.
Responsibilities:
• Management of Change
• Learning across project and towards other projects
• Preparation of gate documentation, including Project Execution Plan & Decision Support Packages
• Documents supporting stakeholder management, including TC/MC meetings, Readiness reviews & applications to regulatory bodies (PDO)
• Drive selected activities on assurance and verification program
• Risk Management for Project
Qualifications Required
• Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years experience within E&P, preferably linked to projects
• Experience with one or more project delivery lines will be valued (Facility, Drilling, Reservoir, HSSEQ, Operations) as will previous experience with one of the service providers to E&P
• Good technical & multidiscipline overview
• Good MS Office/writing skills
• Language; English and Norwegian
• Good interpersonal skills
• Structured/systematic
• Team player; One Team behavior, proactively seeking advice and sharing experiences
• Adherence to Company Values and Standards
• Drive to deliver and an “always improving” mindset
