The Role:Logitech is looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager for our Global Quality Operations with a strong Lean background, a continuous improvement mindset as well as having a deep desire to research various voluntary (consumer) requirements, introduce them into Logitech and ensure voluntary (customer) requirements certification to be achieved.This role will be accountable for developing the framework of voluntary (consumer) requirements certification, deploying and driving execution across Logitech. This function is new and part of the Quality Office and Systems team under Logitech's Consumer Centric Global Quality Operation.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. In this role you will:\u25CF Create and maintain a framework of voluntary (consumer) requirements certification, including the processes, the roles and responsibilities and metrics; starting with the Certification of Post Consumer Recycled Plastics (PCR).\u25CF Evangelize the framework across Logitech, work with project NPI teams to ensure key voluntary requirements deliverables from NPI project teams are achieved.\u25CF Maintain the most current PCR% for all SKUs.\u25CF Onboard new resin suppliers and ensure ongoing supplier conformity through audits.\u25CF Work with PCR Vendors to ensure all pertinent product information is accounted for.\u25CF Manage PCR and other voluntary (customer) requirements Certification Renewals and Cost.\u25CF Stay apprised of broader logitech NPI portfolio and key technical product features.\u25CF Stay apprised of changes to PCR and other voluntary (customer) requirements.\u25CF Help inject and drive a continuous improvement mindset and corresponding processes in this area, closing the loop between the \u2018backend\u2019 and \u2018frontend\u2019 of the product creation activity\u25CF Promote and sustain quality and Lean thinking as an element of superior business performance.Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:\u25CF Strong and proven project/program management in a technical environment and 7 years experience from the high tech industry/consumer electronics or other relevant industries.\u25CF Solid influential skills and ability to cooperate on all organizational levels.\u25CF BIG heart for the Customer and the Consumer with a strong drive to translate consumer language into business value add.\u25CF Challenging mindset and behavior with an outside in view, that can go against the status quo and drive change where needed.\u25CF Interpret, understand, and deal with abstract complex systems and processes determining simple improvement solutions are traits highly appreciated.\u25CF Operate in PLM, and be familiar with the Manufacturing Change Order Process, and purchase order management.\u25CF Experience with product development in consumer electronics and experience in process development is desired.\u25CF Hands on approach, leading by doing and never afraid of getting \u2018muddy hands\u2019\u25CF Ability to work in a collaborative and participative, team oriented environment while having a start-up mindset.\u25CF Provides clear and professional communication orally and in writing.\u25CF Excellent English language skills.In addition, below skills are a plus:\u25CF Certified project management professional (PMP or similar)\u25CF Vendor management experience\u25CF Black belt Six Sigma certified\u25CF Good oral and written Mandarin language skillsEducation:\u25CF Bachelor or Master in Engineering in hardware, software, Computer Science or Manufacturing#LI-CC2
