In this role, you will support partners with strategic financial and business insights, develop and manage alternative fee arrangements, and collaborate with the Finance team to implement best practices. This is a full-time position with a highly competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to work remotely or in one of 18 offices across the U.S., China, and Europe.
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's financial objectives by developing advanced pricing strategies and assisting with the annual rate setting and negotiation processes. You will also use your expertise to create and analyze sophisticated financial models and reports, and enhance partner's financial literacy through education. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of matter budgets and project plans, and utilize data visualization tools to present complex financial analysis.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or the legal industry. Experience with SQL and VBA is strongly desired, and you should have a strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
The compensation for this position may include a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location.
