Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with clients and provide timely case updates - Monitor and manage client treatment portfolio - Obtain evidence, documents, medical records, and bills related to clients' cases - Assist clients with property damage claims - Efficiently manage attorney schedule - Organize and maintain electronic case files using our case management software
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required - Experience with Case Management Software - Associates, Bachelors, or Paralegal Certificate highly preferred
Pay Range: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
