Job Description
Taylor Morrison, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support and assist in-house legal staff in managing the company’s legal affairs. In this role, you will draft, retrieve, review, and analyze legal documents, conduct research, and provide transactional and litigation assistance. You will also interact with outside agencies and manage the in-house legal library and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Draft general correspondence, contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents - Conduct legal and investigative research - Manage electronic and hard copy files - Interact with outside agencies, corporations, and law firms - Attend meetings and legal proceedings - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in paralegal studies or equivalent experience - Knowledge of legal research methods and the court system - Familiarity with real estate practice and transactional and litigation assistance - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to remain courteous and helpful under pressure
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time - Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Job Description
Taylor Morrison, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide leadership in managing the homebuilding process for assigned homes. In this role, you will oversee project planning, resource allocation, subcontractor relations, cost management, safety and compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will also mentor team members and ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall homebuilding process - Foster a team environment and positive subcontractor relations - Evaluate and enforce quality, safety, scheduling, and cost control measures - Mentor team members and teach construction manual content - Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain schedule and authorize payments - Provide outstanding customer service and ensure home is completed on time - Manage post-close process for warranty and ensure customer satisfaction - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of construction experience or completion of TM360 Learning curriculum - Knowledge of new home construction process, scheduling, and cost control procedures - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong communication and organization skills - Customer service oriented and able to prioritize tasks
