Senior Paralegal (Litigation and Employment) at Capital Group:

Join the team at Capital Group as a Senior Paralegal (Litigation and Employment) and use your skills and experience to support the organization's legal efforts. As a Senior Paralegal, you will collaborate with the legal team, various business areas, and outside counsel in all phases of litigation and assist with drafting discovery documents and maintaining organized case files. You will also utilize e-discovery tools and ensure compliance with legal holds, manage and respond to regulatory inquiries, and conduct background check reviews. In this role, you will also ensure compliance with policies and procedures and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of eight years of paralegal experience with a focus on litigation or employment support and hold a paralegal certification or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies. You should also have experience with e-discovery and legal hold tools and possess a strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures. Additionally, you should have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities. You should also be able to lead and manage projects, collaborate with multiple teams, and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will also be eligible for annual performance and profitability bonuses, as well as a retirement plan with a 15% contribution from Capital Group.
