H1: Senior Paralegal, Oversight Liaison and Counsel at Organization H2: Full-Time Position with Competitive Salary and Benefits
Organization is seeking a Senior Paralegal to provide support to the Office of Oversight Liaison and Counsel (OLC) attorneys and senior management. This role will involve working independently on assignments related to SEC Oversights, Access Requests, and Confidential Treatment Requests under the supervision of OLC attorneys.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of legal office experience as a paralegal. A paralegal certificate or equivalent is preferred. Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal or compliance is also preferred. Strong writing and editing skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
Organization offers a hybrid office environment, with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. The salary for this position will vary depending on location and other factors, but the proposed ranges are as follows:
- California: Minimum Hourly Rate $37.94, Maximum Hourly Rate $70.63 - Washington, DC/Maryland: Minimum Hourly Rate $37.94, Maximum Hourly Rate $67.65 - Colorado/Hawaii/Minnesota/Vermont: Minimum Hourly Rate $32.96, Maximum Hourly Rate $58.84 - New York, NY: Minimum Hourly Rate $39.52, Maximum Hourly Rate $70.63 - Washington State: Minimum Hourly Rate $32.96, Maximum Hourly Rate $67.65

The Senior Paralegal will have a variety of essential job functions, including drafting correspondence, creating matrices of complex requests and productions, and submitting responses to SEC requests. They will also assist with drafting and editing policies, procedures, and training materials, as well as tracking performance and outcomes of programs monitored by OLC attorneys.
Other responsibilities include assisting with government production file management administration activities, tracking and reporting key performance indicators and other metrics, and providing support for management and Board reporting.
