Senior Paralegal, Asset Management - Law Firm in UK Experience: - Previous Paralegal experience or equivalent specialising in property asset management - Experience of working in a large commercial law firm and understanding of the levels of service delivery required - Experience in using legal technology solutions and platforms to deliver excellent client service
Salary: - Entry point salary of £32,500

Job Schedule: - Full time, with potential for flexible working arrangements
Role Overview: - Work as part of a dedicated client team, managing a large and varied portfolio of assets - Draft, review and negotiate asset management documents - Support the management of leases, tracking key dates and maintaining compliance - Assist with due diligence for property transactions - Provide informal support to junior paralegals - Act as a liaison within the client service team and client’s in-house legal, estates and operational team
