- Develop and execute strategic programs to support business development priorities for the firm's practices - Manage internal and external resources for marketing activities, including presentations and RFP responses - Identify speaking and authorship opportunities with professional and trade organizations - Evaluate sponsorship and event opportunities and make recommendations to the firm and practice groups - Conduct competitor analysis through marketing research - Coordinate and develop assessments of emerging industry trends and issues for service offerings - Assist in preparing content for third party ranking submissions - Draft internal communications and maintain marketing materials and experience tracking - Organize and support client events, seminars, and webinars - Coordinate cross-selling initiatives with other team members - Maintain up-to-date representative client lists and descriptions in the firm database - Assist with editing and production of marketing materials - Develop and manage website content, newsletters, and other external communications - Collaborate with a diverse range of individuals and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment - Possess strong proofreading, written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism preferred - Minimum 6 years' experience in strategic marketing and business development, preferably in a professional services environment - Strong organizational skills and understanding of law firm practices - Ability to work in a hybrid remote/office environment and occasionally travel to other office locations - Competitive salary and benefits package offered
