Senior Manager, Compliance – Aggregate Spend and HCP Interactions The candidate will manage the company’s aggregate spend system of all healthcare professional expenditure and payment data gathered from internal and external sources. Partner with Sun business units and external third parties to ensure that applicable data is captured and reviewed for federal and state government transparency reporting. Support and prepare the required federal and state transparency reports, including data review, verifications corrections, and ensure their timely submissions. Develop procedures, procedures and systems to effectively and efficiently enable the collection, review, validation and reconciliation of aggregate spend data. Proactively identify data integrity issues, determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Develop and implement the HCP/HCO needs assessment process, ensuring rationales for payments and engagements are well-documented and submitted for review to Compliance, approved where appropriate and reconciled for aggregate spend reporting. Create HCP interaction dashboards and reporting tools to monitor compliance with company policies. Develop value-added reports for relevant stakeholders, executive management and the Compliance Committee. Conduct training with internal stakeholders and external third parties. Assist in executing Compliance monitoring activities. Conduct investigations of potential compliance issues. Other compliance projects, activities and initiatives as needed.
