Senior Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury - WLM
CR Legal Team is currently seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of prior litigation experience to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $23.00 to $31.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation case management, including communication with clients, providers, and other team members. - Prepare legal documents and correspondence for attorney approval. - Conduct research and gather information to support cases. - Utilize case management software and other relevant technology. - Train and mentor lesser experienced team members when appropriate. - Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of prior litigation experience. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Personal injury litigation experience preferred. - Paralegal degree and/or certification preferred. - Strong knowledge of litigation practices and procedures. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
