Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury Salary: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour Experience: 5 years of prior litigation experience

Responsibilities of the Senior Litigation Paralegal:
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve with all team members and the public - Adherence to applicable State Bar rules and company policies and procedures - Proficiency in utilizing technology and case management systems - Maintaining excellent customer service and communication with clients, providers, and team members - Preparation of legal documents and correspondence - Conducting client interviews and gathering necessary information for case management - Collaborating with attorneys and team members to effectively handle cases - Managing and organizing case-related documents and records - Training and mentoring lesser experienced team members when appropriate
Qualifications:
- 5 years of prior litigation experience - Strong knowledge of litigation case management and practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in case management software and other relevant technology - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
