The National Women’s Law Center is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel to join their Reproductive Rights and Health team. This full-time position will support litigation efforts across the program areas and contribute to the organization's broader goals of gender equality and justice. The successful candidate will have a law degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and a demonstrated commitment to the mission of the Center. The salary for this position ranges from $105,321 to $142,824, with the final amount depending on the candidate's relevant experience. The Center offers a comprehensive benefits package and four weeks of annual vacation. The Senior Litigation Counsel will report to the Senior Director of Litigation and work closely with staff across the Reproductive Rights and Health team, as well as other program teams within the organization. The successful candidate will need to live in or relocate to the Washington, D.C. area, and the first 90 days of employment will be considered a probationary period. This position is included in the NWLC's staff bargaining unit, and specific employment terms are subject to collective bargaining.
