Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service. - Collaborate with other attorneys, senior paralegals, clients, and support staff to execute case strategy. - Manage a caseload including high-asset, complex matters. - Maintain regular contact with clients and communicate case progress and strategy. - Prepare and draft legal documents related to family law. - Comply with all legal standards and regulations. - Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. - Attend business development and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years' experience practicing Family Law in Washington. - Knowledge and experience handling matters involving asset division, custody, spousal and child support, with trial and mediation and litigation experience. - Active Washington State Bar membership. - Oregon State Bar membership, a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience providing exceptional client service. - Growth-minded professional with outstanding analytical ability and research skills. - Interest in business and practice development. - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment. - Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy. - Prioritizes client service and communication. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. - Ability to handle a heavy caseload and provide support to other attorneys. - Dependable and willing to supervise staff.
Salary Information:
- Salary listed depends on demonstrated experience and skills. - Range: $132,000 - $162,000 per year.
