- Senior Counsel role available within Bechtel Infrastructure Legal team - Support the Public Infrastructure, Renewables and Clean Power and Heavy Civil business lines - Based in Reston, Virginia - Unique development opportunity in construction and engineering industry
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and commercial guidance to Infrastructure GBU in North America - Work closely with business development and management teams - Advise on internal governance, protocols, and procedures for compliance
Education and Experience Requirements:
- J.D. degree and current license to practice law in the United States - Minimum 7 years of work experience - Prefer experience in engineering and construction projects or related contract documents
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - Strong legal analysis, negotiation, and drafting skills - Ability to work collaboratively and solve complex problems - High business acumen and strategic approach - Willingness to travel as needed
