Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client enquiries and transfer calls where appropriate - Provide accurate updates and information to clients in a timely manner - Manage administration of client files - Produce client correspondence - Liaise with various parties involved in cases - Arrange diaries, appointments, and meetings - Action incoming mail - Prepare client bills - General administrative tasks as needed
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in Personal Injuries - Compassionate, resilient, and mature to handle sensitive nature of work - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure - Autonomous and team player - Enthusiastic and initiative-driven - Confident in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) - Proven ability to build strong relationships - Able to use judgement in escalating issues to Supervisor - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
