Position Summary:
- Full-time Senior Legal Apps Systems Analyst position at Greenberg Traurig Law Firm in Doral office - Expert level support and development for Intapp Time and Time Capture - Troubleshoot Intapp Time and OPEN issues and provide support for ancillary systems - Must be able to manage simultaneous projects and participate in on-call support rotation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides expert level support for Intapp Time and Time Capture - Develops and maintains Intapp Integrator rules - Modifies Intapp OPEN forms and workflows - Troubleshoots Intapp Time and OPEN issues - Provides support for ancillary systems that integrate with other systems at GT - Provides data for ad hoc requests from other teams
Skills and Competencies:
- Expert level knowledge of Intapp Time and Time Capture - Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills - Able to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines - Willingness to participate in on-call support rotation for a 24x7 environment
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
- B.A. in information systems, computer science, or related field - Minimum 4 years' experience supporting and customizing Intapp systems - High degree of familiarity with Intapp and financial system database structures - In-depth and broad understanding of and experience supporting applications and databases - Strong understanding and experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and .NET development a plus
