Position Summary: The Senior Legal Administrative Specialist at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** provides expert support to attorneys and professionals in the Administrative Department. This role is responsible for handling administrative and litigation/transactional tasks, providing coverage for attorneys' direct support, and supporting various departments within the firm.
Key Responsibilities: - Mentors Practice Assistants on firm administrative tasks and procedures - Collaborates with Administrative Managers to develop training programs for assistants - Provides supplemental support to professionals, attorneys, and managers in the Administrative Department - Acts as a resource for all administrative support needs - Prepares and proofs documents, completes redlining, and handles document projects - Coordinates with outside vendors and tracks document projects - Communicates with attorneys and staff regarding support needs and projects - Participates in special projects as assigned - Maintains confidentiality of all firm and client information - Assists with litigation tasks including engaging with attorney service companies, distributing documents, and communicating with courts - Provides administrative support including processing expenses, coordinating payments, and arranging meetings - Utilizes various software programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and DocXtools

Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of five years of experience supporting litigation attorneys in a law firm - Thorough knowledge of litigation procedures - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Availability for overtime as needed - Ability to research rules and procedures - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of electronic court databases a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
