* Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant role in the Sanctions program within Financial Crimes Risk Management’s Global Sanctions Office * Responsible for overseeing and leading high-priority sanctions remediation projects * Managing and coordinating cross-functional, global teams to ensure efficient and compliant execution * Provide expert oversight and guidance, track progress, address risks, and brief senior leaders * Act as a Business Execution advisor to drive performance and OFAC sanctions initiatives * Coordinate and lead strategy and resolution of complex challenges * Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to senior leadership * Strategically engage with professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses * Assess and address potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

Salary Information: * Pennsylvania – Philadelphia Pay Range: $126,400.00 - 262,600.00 USD Annually * North Carolina – Charlotte Pay Range: $120,400.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annually * Missouri - Saint Louis Pay Range: $120,400.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annually * Virginia– McLean Pay Range: $126,400.00 - 262,600.00 USD Annually

Responsibilities:
* Oversee and lead high-priority sanctions remediation projects * Coordinate and manage cross-functional, global teams to ensure efficient and compliant execution * Provide expert oversight and guidance, track progress, address risks, and brief senior leaders on key developments and milestones * Act as a Business Execution advisor to drive performance and OFAC sanctions initiatives * Strategically engage with professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses * Assess and address potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications:
* 7 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning * Strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of Business Execution * Understanding of business and experience delivering long-term and large-scale solutions
Desired Qualifications:
* Expertise in U.S. and international sanctions regulatory requirements * Experience with regulatory compliance programs, particularly in the financial services industry * Leadership experience with a proven ability to influence and drive results * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to senior leaders * Master's degree in a relevant field or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred * Experience in managing high-priority projects with tight deadlines and regulatory scrutiny * Ability to track project progress, report, and problem-solve * Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams
