Law Firm Seeking Senior Real Estate Lawyer in Brisbane
The law firm is seeking a Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their high-performing Real Estate team in Brisbane. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including major infrastructure and development projects, as well as providing support to other departments within the firm. The firm is looking for someone with strong property experience and a background in working with government clients is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with partners on a range of property matters, including development, infrastructure, and energy projects - Provide critical support to other departments within the firm on major transactions - Collaborate with a variety of clients, including commercial and government clients - Mentor and coach junior lawyers within the team - Challenge the status quo and demonstrate a strong understanding of key legal principles in Real Estate
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a Lawyer or 1 years as a Senior Associate in private practice or in-house - Strong property experience and exposure to different types of property matters - Experience working with government clients preferred - Excellent communication and client-facing skills - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision - Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
