Law Firm Seeks Senior Lawyer / Senior Associate - Funds in Sydney, NSW with 5 years of experience in financial services regulatory, investment products, and fund-related matters. The successful candidate will work closely with Erik Setio and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Advise on complex regulatory issues affecting the funds and financial services industry - Develop innovative solutions and handle complex transactions - Advise on funds licensing, disclosure, marketing outsourcing, and distribution issues - Work with a variety of funds and financial services institutions and advisory firms
Skills & Experience: - At least 5 years' post qualification experience - Background in financial services regulatory, investment product and/or fund related matters - Proactive approach with strong client service focus - Strong client management and negotiation skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Resilient, self-starter with attention to detail
