We are seeking an admitted attorney with 5-8 years of immigration law experience to join us as a Senior Immigration Attorney. Responsibilities:
- Explain immigration concepts and provide strategic solutions - Represent clients in removal proceedings at the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals - Manage caseload and interact with clients - Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal assistants - Prepare and submit diverse immigration applications - Review and make necessary adjustments to immigration applications - Work with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations - Meet with potential clients for consultations and determine necessary strategies - Prepare clients and witnesses for court and USCIS testimony - Conduct legal analysis for clients to determine case benefits - Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases
Salary: $100k-$120k USD
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of immigration law experience - Team player with strong interpersonal skills - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required - Ability to manage a caseload and move cases forward - Experience with various immigration applications and case management software
