Key Responsibilities:
- Mediation and trial experience - Legal research and analysis - Drafting legal documents - Marketing services to potential clients - Performing discovery and due diligence - Strong communication and advocacy skills - Managing schedule to meet production goals - Timely invoice approval - Utilizing support staff effectively - Updating client information accurately - Actively engaging in brand expansion - Seeking positive client reviews - Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school - Admission to the bar in intended state of practice - 5 years of experience as an attorney - Must be dual-licensed in Idaho and Wyoming
Compensation and Benefits:
