Senior Financial Analyst, FP&ASUMMARYKey finance role supporting BioMarin\u2019s Commercial organization and finance partners across Commercial regions. \u00A0This role maintains a deep understanding of BioMarin\u2019s Commercial organization and financial processes to support the organization\u2019s goals.This role will develop and execute on standard processes and provide key financial insights in order to drive strategic business decisions.\u00A0 Leadership Behaviors required:Analytical and Critical ThinkingSupport Data-Driven Decision Making:\u00A0 Ability to support decisions through analysis and presentation of data and key messagesFlexible, quick-learner, and able to adapt quickly to company\u2019s rapid pace of growth and changeResults OrientedHighly motivatedCollaborativeSpecific Responsibilities: Analysis \u2013 Develop and deliver robust recurring and ad hoc analyses to support a clear view of Commercial financial performance and inform business decisions; support analyses in collaboration with finance team across Global Commercial and regions Financial Planning \u2013 Support quarterly forecast and AOP/LRP processes through analysis of resources and spend by activity, program, and region. Lead planning across revenues (including royalty income), COGS royalty, and operating expense. Reporting - Produce and distribute monthly/quarterly metrics as well as external reporting. Support executive level reporting.\u00A0 Help develop next generation reporting tools, data visualizations and processes.
