Job Description
The law firm is currently seeking a Senior Family Lawyer or Solicitor with PQE divorce and high net worth clients experience to join their team. As a Senior Family Lawyer or Solicitor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Providing legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements • Managing a caseload of complex and high net worth family law cases • Negotiating settlements and attending court hearings on behalf of clients • Liaising with other professionals such as barristers, mediators, and financial advisors • Mentoring and supervising junior members of the team
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
• Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with PQE in family law • Extensive experience in handling divorce cases and working with high net worth clients • Strong knowledge of family law and current legislation • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Mentoring or supervisory experience is desirable
