The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success and will be self-directed, with the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:
- Mediation experience - Trial experience - Legal research and analysis - Writing legal documents - Marketing services to prospective clients - Discovery and due diligence - Strong communication and advocacy skills - Managing a schedule for consults and closure - Timely approval of invoices - Utilization and productivity of support staff - Updating case management system - Share work tasks with other attorneys and support staff - Actively engage in personal and firm branding - Seeking positive client reviews
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills - Strong legal research skills - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school - Admission to the bar in the state of practice - 5 years of experience as an attorney
Salary: $150,000 to $185,000 annually
