Senior Family Law Attorney I at Gravis Law - Competitive Salary and Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Gravis Law is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney I with 5 years of experience in law practice to join our team. This high-level attorney will have no book and will receive substantial work through our lead generation and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is self-directed and thrives with support and autonomy. We offer coaching and support services for attorney development and networking, as well as a work-life integration, collaborative culture, and competitive compensation and incentive structure.
Responsibilities:
- Mediation experience - Trial experience - Legal research and analysis - Writing legal documents - Marketing services to prospective clients - Discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies - Due diligence in all matters - Strong communication and advocacy skills - Managing a schedule for consults and closure - Timely approval of invoices - Utilizing and managing support staff - Updating client information in our system - Sharing work tasks with other attorneys and staff - Actively engaging in brand expansion through blogs, social media, and organization participation - Seeking positive comments and reviews from successful client engagements
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills - Excellent legal research skills - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school - Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state of practice - 5 years of experience as an attorney
Attorneys at Gravis Law are expected to bill an average of 1500 hours annually with collections expected on 1400 hours of invoices while working a full-time schedule. This translates to billing 30 hours per week for 50 weeks per year.
Salary: $120,000-$130,000 annually

Work Environment/Conditions/Physical Demands:
