Law Firm is seeking a self-directed and experienced Senior Employment Law Attorney with 10 years of practice to join our team. With an established book, practice, and/or performance, the successful Senior Attorney III will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving support and autonomy. Key Responsibilities:
• Mediation and trial experience • Researching and analyzing complex legal issues • Writing legal documents • Marketing services to prospective clients • Performing discovery and due diligence • Strong communication and advocacy skills • Managing schedule and consultations • Timely approval of invoices and utilization of support staff • Actively engaging in brand expansion through social media and community involvement • Ensuring positive client feedback and reviews
Requirements:
• Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills • Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school • Admission to the bar in the state of practice • 5 years of experience as an employment attorney
Salary and Benefits:
