Intuit is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to join our People and Places team. The main focus of this role is to foster a positive work environment where employees can learn and grow. Responsibilities:
- Support the company's approach to external trends and development - Implement strategic changes to support our workforce with complex performance concerns and workplace conflicts - Address organizational health and engagement issues with consultation and support from senior team members - Manage a caseload of workplace conflicts and employee escalations, working both autonomously and with other teams - Collaborate on company-level and team priorities and projects with the People & Places Centers of Excellence - Develop the capabilities of managers and People & Places teams through individual cases and projects
Salary Information:
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
- Bay Area California: $124,000 - $167,500 - Southern California: $113,000 - $152,500
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Intuit is committed to pay equity and regularly conducts comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to ensure fair compensation for all employees.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations or a similar role (HR Generalist/HRBP) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred - Strong execution and operational skills, including following and contributing to updates to protocols and playbooks - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Ability to drive team priorities and projects with clear outcomes - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build connections with others - Data-driven mindset, using data to better understand cases and organizational insights - Adaptive critical thinking skills and judgement - Ability to see situations from all perspectives and work through conflicts and complex performance concerns for the best possible outcomes - Continuous learning and growth mindset
